  Purchased a vehicle from Eich Mazda about a month ago. I had concerns when purchasing the vehicle which were taken care of almost immediately by management. After owning the vehicle less than 23 days a service engine light came on and an auxiliary water pumped had failed. Service took care of it and Eich Mazda covered the repairs and stood behind their word taking care of me every step. Lastly while picking up the vehicle I found a rock chip in my front windshield and they graciously worked it out with me to have it repaired and taken care of customer service is 5/5 if your buying new these are the type of people you wanna work with. From sales to service all the way to management. I appreciate them all and taking care of me after a large purchase!

  Eich has been in St. Cloud for over 125 years. A straight up dealer. We bought a used vehicle there, they even filled the tank with gas. Nobody does that. Good people to work with. I Recommend them.
