  Great experience at this Valvoline! The staff was knowledgeable about my specific vehicle and had recommendations as to which services would be most valuable at this time of my older Mazda’s lifespan so I could only pay for what really needed to get done. Zac also suggested I purchase new rear wipers, which qualified me for 10% off all 3 of my purchased services. This resulted in my bill being $10 less than it would have been without having purchased the wiper blades, and the blades were essentially free. I was surprised by how thoughtful and friendly the team was. Many kudos to Zac, Nikki, Matthew and Demetrius. Thanks again!

  I’ve been a repeat customer at this Valvoline location for over 6 years, but unfortunately the quality and professionalism have gone downhill. In the past, I’ve had issues where the oil filter bolt was not properly tightened, and when I returned to have it fixed, the staff blamed me instead of taking responsibility. Yesterday’s visit was the final straw. I paid $76 after a $20 coupon for an oil change. As part of the service, tire pressure is supposed to be checked and adjusted. It was not done. When I pointed out that my tire pressure warning light was still on, the employee insisted that air had been added and told me I “just needed to drive a little.” He even stated he was the assistant manager. I left doubtful and stopped at a gas station immediately after. Sure enough, the tires were low. Once I filled them myself, the warning light turned off instantly,confirming that the service was not done as claimed. This location used to be reliable, but lately it feels like untrained and unprofessional staff are being hired, and accountability is lacking. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere going forward.

  Always love this location, go well out of my way to patronize this specific shop and Zac was a great and professional technician who really followed process and went through each additional service and made sure that I got the total care that best suited my needs and vehicle

  These guys forgot to use my coupon and then when I asked why they didn’t use it, the dude working said he was told by management not to ask if the customer has coupons. Furthermore, they do not do their checklist or tell out when certain things are complete like most locations. This is a shady location and I wouldn’t trust going here.

  Valvoline can thank Manuel for the five stars, who certainly wins for the best costumer service I've seen after visiting various locations over the years. My Chevy Cruze has an unnecessary obstacle course to change the cabin filter; I've had multiple Valvoline employees poke around for 30 seconds before announcing they had no clue had to access it (or not offering the service at all). After I had confessed the filter hadn't been changed in two years because of this, Manuel was honest about the pain-in-the-neck process but said he was willing to try if I wanted him too. While he was a little optimistic on the amount of extra time it would take to change the filter, he did a great job with a great attitude, taking care to do things right without short cuts. Although I definitely ruined his time metrics for the day, I really appreciated Manuel's competent and honest work ethic.
