I went in for just an oil change, but they spent more than 30 minutes working under my car with a lot of noise, and I couldn't tell what they were doing. I felt that there was something wrong based on the way they were communicating. I asked the lady who was entering the information into the system, "What is going on?" She simply said, "I don't know." After they finished, the guy who changed the oil came to explain to me that the filter wasn't fitting in its place, which didn't convince me. Especially when I asked him for the invoice, he told me, "We don't print them anymore; we will email it to you." I asked him, "Are you serious? How are you going to do so if you don't even have my email?" This significantly increased my doubts. He must have thought I was stupid, then he asked me to wait outside. He probably thought I would leave because of the long wait until another guy came to me outside and asked, "What are you waiting for?" I told him I was waiting for my invoice, and again he said the same thing: "We don't print them anymore." Eventually, someone brought me the invoice, but guess what? Most of the information was wrong, like the maintenance checks, but the biggest issue was the mileage. My car's current mileage was 143,134, but they wrote 135,134 and the last visit mileage 137694 😤😡🥵. "Please don't try to understand this: All cars' mileage increases, but somehow my car's mileage decreased. It's truly a miracle! 😂😂😂😂" To top it all off, I was surprised this morning by a message on the dashboard: "Oil change required"! 😱😱😱😱 At the end even one STAR is too much and the lawyer will take care of all that .🫡
