It serves no purpose other than causing problems, and it's always like this. I hope someone in authority sees this and takes the necessary action.
- TMTia MontjoyFeb 6, 20261.0Not only was the dryer horrible, the customer service was the worst. Ricky, the so called site manager sucks! His attitude and lack of willingness to help is trash. Victor, the other manager, tried to help, sent me through the wash again and then disappeared. Leaving me to again have to deal with Ricky. This is all after one worker told me to my face, the dryers are set that way so you have to pay for the interior wash.

- JMJessica MarzJan 26, 20261.0I’ve been going to this Carwash for quite a while and I even had a membership for several months but yesterday I took my car in to have it washed inside and out and when I got home, I noticed that there was dirty salt water all over the passenger seat near the door, which I wasn’t able to see when I first got inside, and that there was some kind of yellow slop that was on the glass of them Sunroof on the outside of the car just wasn’t very clean. I called twice to see if I could have them finish cleaning up the car, but no one ever returned my calls. I’ll go somewhere else to get my car washed for $40 bucks.
