Recently, I paid for an interior cleaning and was very disappointed in the quality, effort and value. The value was not commensurate with the $16 surcharge. I responded to the typical customer service text - providing a "1" for my experience. This is my first time responding with a score lower than "5." This triggered a customer service phone call. Unfortunately, the general manager of the location was different than the location where I received the service. This started a 1+ hour customer service odyssey that ended with no resolution. All for the $16 credit I was requesting (my 3 memberships amount to over $100 per month). The GM gave me a number for Corporate Customer Service. After 30 minutes on the phone, they were not able to resolve my issue (again, a $16 credit), and recommended that I either visit the original location in-person or await a call (in 3-5 business days) from the location GM. Frustrating. This is the first time I've ever escalated an issue - I normally really appreciate Mister. My review was based on fairness and equity. The fact that neither the first General Manager or the Corporate Customer Service team could resolve my issue (again, requesting a $16 credit) and it would require more time investment and possibly travel, was incredibly frustrating. Mister certainly portrays a commitment to customer service with surveys, etc., but that feels more performative than an actual commitment to making things right. Hopefully this review and my experience saves someone the time (and maybe money) of trying to challenge their actual commitment to customer service.
- PPPuzzlestaDec 16, 20251.0No place to stop the car after the wash for cleaning the inside part, no vacuum. Just wash and move with a wet car. The entire around station washing area is dirty with mud from snow, so after cleaning the car becomes dirty outside again.
