  I stopped by Safelite on a Saturday morning - 8:00 AM (no appointment) to see about getting a rock chip repaired. The technician said “Give me 15 minutes, and I’ll have it repaired.” 15 minutes later and my windshield repair was done and looked awesome! Very convenient! I have used Safelite many times in the past and have always been satisfied with their work. Thank You!!!

  Safelite made the whole process easy! I had to go to their shop for windshield replacement and calibration, and the team was fast, professional, and explained everything clearly. The work was done right the first time, and I left confident my car was safe. Highly recommend!

  This is a longer post from me....but worth the read from a personal experience. Save yourself a headache! Speaking from experience. Never and I mean never use Safelite. The manager in the area Sheldon Miks is always a terrible manager with terrible customer skills.The company itself is disorganized, does not care about customers or customer service. This is my 3rd time trying to get one windshield fixed properly. The first time just to get it installed I was there 6 hours waiting, 3 of those hours were waiting for the car to get pulled in, 3 hours after my appointment time.They put a windshield in and there was a defect in it where the windshield was distorted, it then chipped a piece off in the distortion part. Tried reaching out to Safelite and they refused all my concerns. Amber then was driving down the road in the cities traffic, in the pouring rain and her wipers got crossed together. She couldnt see and barely made it to the side of the road. She had to get out and physically pull them apart, the reason they crossed was because the tech who put the windshield in, did not tighten up the wipers. It has been a month from hell!! The only way to fix the situation was to go through insurance and get another windshield (by the way I had to complain to get factory glass put back in, which is weird since you normally want your vehicle back exactly the way you left it) and then they screwed up the paperwork. I have $0 deductible they said I owed them $250 because they entered everything wrong snd had to wait another 2 hours for them to fix the paperwork problem before they could even look at my windshield!! I am beyond frustrated and am telling everyone I know. Don't believe the commercials, I want you to know firsthand how Safelite really treats their customers.
