So the car in front of us was completely sprayed off, when we rolled up, the guy didn't spray us at all... very inconsistent customer service! There is usually something not working in the wash whether we go to the St Cloud or Sartell locations. We pay over $40 for the unlimited "top of the line" wash. The sad thing is... of all the car washs in the area, Mister wash is the best one, even with all the issues.
- AAAngieDec 2, 20251.0I work at a car dealership and we’ve been using this car wash for years without an issue, we wash 500+ vehicles a year, but on Sunday November 23rd 2025 I went through this car wash with my personal vehicle and the bottom protective guard got ripped almost completely off by their yellow guard rail as I pulled into the wash. It was a very loud crack right as I pulled in. I made a report they took pictures and “investigated” for over a week after telling me it would take 3 days. Then I get a call saying they’re not accepting liability because they don’t think their equipment caused the damage. There was nothing wrong with my car before going into that car wash and coming out my entire protective shield on the bottom front was dragging on the ground. Now our dealership is uncomfortable trusting them as well. They lost a lot of business over this.

The back end of the van was barely touched* and there were dirt streaks on the side. For spending nearly $30 on a wash, it was very disappointing. *License plate removed digitally for posting.
