  I had a great experience at Eich Mazda (Luther) purchasing my used Mazda CX-5. My sales consultant Aaron Miller was professional, informative and personable I will definitely do business again with Aaron. Also my experience with Sally Cummings in finance went very well, Sally was very informative when it came to details of different extended warranty options and answered all my questions in regards to my auto loan. I will be back for my next vehicle purchase to Eich Mazda (Luther) and work with Aaron and Sally once again. Ken Fricke

  Awful experience. The sales person was nice, but the male manager immediately tried to take over the sale, he was overbearing, off-putting and ultimately flopped a big sale, and quickly. I specifically said I wanted no add ons, and he threw one on my OTD quote and left off all the titling fees, to make it look like the OTD pricing was much lower than it would have been. The only positive was this sent me an hour away to Morries, where they price matched and negotiated so I was able to get the same brand new CX-5 for cheaper than Eich, and didn't have to witness any machismo or deception. I even paid for add ons through Morries, which I never do, but they were so great I didn't mind throwing on another 4k.

  Sales staff did great job looking at options for both new and used vehicles. Kelsea and Nathan were extremely helpful selecting the vehicle and Sally did a real good job on the finance side.

  Outstanding Dealership from the Sales Department to the Parts and Service Department. I just purchased my 2nd Mazda from Eich Mazda after putting almost 309,000 miles on my Mazda 3. Thank you Chris, Derek, Jesse, Jason, Kyle and the rest of the staff!

  Got us a great deal on a new car my only gripe with any of the experience was when I first got there walked in to their building not one person came up to me waited for 10 min or so, finally got my husband after sick of waiting and he got someone to help us right away. We almost walked away completely glad we didn't after that got a awesome deal on a mazda cx 5 and we love it! Aaron was a great salesman. So I would recommend just maybe be more attentive to customers needing help and come up to them not the other way around.
