  Sales person scheduled us for a 5:30 test drive. We arrived early and were not attended to until almost 5:40. We were then told we would not be able to meet with the sales person that scheduled us, instead a “team member” will be with us shortly. We sat until close and were never attended to. I no longer have any interest in the vehicle. Based off of pure principle I will never purchase at this location. I will also advise anyone who will listen not to purchase at this location. Very poor customer service and time management, thanks Peter!

  I just want to stop and give this a 5 stars! My car was totaled by no fault to my own. A deer hit me, And due to no far on my own, my vehicle was totaled I wasn’t exactly sure what I was gonna do, but I got a phone call from enterprise car sales in Spring Lake Park from Kong It didn’t matter my doubts or the problems that I felt me and my family had. He’s still encouraged us to come in. There was no pressure. He just wanted me to know my options and I’m so grateful and thankful that he did. We walked away with a 2024 Hyundai Tucson and we absolutely love it. I would 100% recommend this to anyone When the cell is complete, they make you feel like 1 million bucks. Thank you Kong for all your hard work and efforts, even dealing with a difficult family like mine

  Such amazing people who didn’t try to pressure and made it work for my budget and for my needs AK was awesome and the manager Adam called to check on how things were and we had a heart warming conversation

  Peter and Adam were Awesome they have Great People skills. They help us get a SUV the meets all our needs and More! Very Patient, Courteous, and had a sense of humor! I Definitely will recommend them to family and Friends. This is the second Vehicle we purchased from them and the last on we had for 13 years.
