- JKJake KnudsonMar 6, 20241.0The place is an absolute joke, I got there after ordering tires from Amazon, I actually arrived earlier than my appointment time, I was getting ready to pay when all of sudden they decided to tell me I had to pay an extra $30+ for a rubber garment to be replaced. I then asked where this was stated that there was going to be extra charges. The manager then said he’s not responsible for what Amazon states or doesn’t state. So I said “This is what mechanics do, they try to up-charge for things that aren’t necessary.” He then said “If you’re going to insult me, you can just take your tires and leave.” So I asked “How am I insulting you?” He said “You said mechanics and I’m a mechanic.” So I said “this is how it’s going to be, you’re not going to try to help me out on this charge that wasn’t stated when I bought the tires?” He said “I have a job to do, so you can take the tires and go somewhere else if you want.” So I took my tires and will take my business elsewhere. I was already planning on paying $50 for the install but he was trying to force me to pay for something I know I don’t need + additional labor when he’s already installing the tires! Spare yourself the headache and avoid this place!!

After being surprised by a continual loud noise while driving today, I brought it in and they had it up on the lift within 5 minutes. There were 6 people in the lobby and we were talking about what a great place this is. At the mechanics! Seriously. Highly recommend.
