  *****My bad... originally thought I was leaving a review for the shop that installed our intoxalock device. I just realized its for Intoxalock itself. That being said..... WORST! And I mean THE worst company to deal with. It's unfortunate too because they've got you by the balls when it comes to these devices so they feel like they can get away with it cuz they have been for so long. I strongly advise finding a different company for the breathalyzer system because this one is absolutely awful with communicating and getting reimbursed as well as explaining how the whole process is done and works. Editing my review from five stars to one now that I realize who the review is actually for, I would do a zero if I could. This company is so bad that the shop that we used for installation and calibration now requires cash because it was taking so long to get reimbursed for their services from intoxalock so it's not just the consumer but also the shop that has troubles with reimbursement. I think that speaks volumes as to the type of company you're dealing with. That being said if you are looking for a shop to help you with the process Certified Auto Repair in Inver grove, Minnesota will help with a smooth transition and that is whom my review was for that is at the bottom. Just know that you're reimbursement will be coming from intoxalock so be prepared to pay up front at the shop.. ohhh and it's also worth mentioning the reimbursement isn't money back in your pocket, it's a credit to your account, which I think is absolute BS! They don't tell you that when submitting reimbursement claims.***** This shop is nothing to look at and appears to have a huge workload but don't let their lot deceive you. These guys have been a Godsend when it comes to my clients intoxalock. If it wasn't for them, we probably would've lost our patience with intoxalock and just given up altogether but thats a whole nother story. Certified is a small shop and their pricing is unbeatable and they're personable folks... a good ol mom and pop type of shop which is rare to find these days. Very small seating area, if you're going to wait while getting work done. There is a cute asian market just a half a block away if you wanted something to do in the meantime. If you can pay with cash you wont be charge a % of the final bill. They're not out to rip you off, they've gotta make money as a business too. I highly recommend this shop whether its for intoxalock services or vehicle repair services. They've also got a cute little mascot that resides behind the counter - my apologies for not remembering the old pups name, but he's a cutie!

  I have left written messages through the app with no response multiple times. Online chat option appears to be no longer available. The customer service phone number isn't in the online portal or the app. I keep getting the run around on a re-imbursement, I've called at least three times over the phone. Update: This review actually got my issue resolved after much effort. Which is and was appreciated, though stressful. Until this debacle I have had good experiences so I am changing my review to 3 stars.
