The customer service phone number isn't in the online portal or the app. I keep getting the run around on a re-imbursement, I've called at least three times over the phone. Update: This review actually got my issue resolved after much effort. Which is and was appreciated, though stressful. Until this debacle I have had good experiences so I am changing my review to 3 stars.
