When I paid I asked the attendant if he was charging the labor only price which seamed very high to me. He confirmed verbal that I received the labor only price. When I got home I looked at the invoice to discover that labor only cost was listed at $16 and I had been charged $52.99. I went back to the store and spoke to Jacob, the manager to get a credit for the over charge. Jacob informed me that the $52.99 is the labor only price despite the fact that the invoice lists labor at $16. He said that is is a corporate thing and he has no control over it and can not charge the true labor price instead must charge for labor and parts price at $52.99. I will never get an oil change at any Valvoline ever again.
