  Every valvoline I have ever gone to forms 2 lines as they all have two garages to keep traffic flowing. I decided to come to this location and was in need of a “in-and-out” oil changing service before traveling 2 hours & was instead greeted by a worker outside who was not okay with me forming a second line behind a non-busy area… told me “absolutely not, there is a line” when there were only 2 cars, which one was absolutely far back away from the garage so again I was confused and this worker then went to another vehicle to talk about me... I am not at all a mean person & that alone hurt my feelings. I will be pushing this forward until I am told that this issue was looked into because I have never once been met with at my vehicle outside for forming a second line and on top of that, having a worker “greet” another person to embarrass me even more when I thought I was doing an okay thing… I will never ever return back to this location as that was the crappiest first impression, ever. Couldn’t even get a service done because of someone who wanted to make me look like a fool from an accident.

  I always appreciate the service I receive from your older male tech. He is super helpful and seems trustworthy. Always gives me top-notch service. Just wish I didn't have to wait so long every time I go. It's always a minimum of 20 minutes, sometimes upward of 45 minutes. But I just used your fluid top-off service for the first time, and the older tech caught a serious issue with my tire and rectified the situation. I was very grateful.

  The worst valvoline I've been to. They broke my hoodpin off my car and told me they didn't until I asked, I had to get out and fix it for them. They forgot my windshield wipers. And worst of all, they had numerous hand prints all over my hood, bumper, and inside the hood, which was hard to get all the way off on a matte black color. I have never felt nervous at a valvoline around my car but this one got me.

  Be sure to check that every service you asked for was done. They nearly forgot to install the windshield wipers I bought, and I ended up needing to stop at a gas station and redo the air in my tires as I was driving home. Otherwise it was quick and friendly service.
