The whole process was pretty smooth and fast. Everything was explained to us in simple terms and in great detail. The car that was given to us was very clean. It was a pleasure to drive it. After our car was fixed and we went to Caliber to pick it up, all we had to do was to leave the Enterprise car there for an Enterprise employee to come and pick it up. We didn’t even have to drive it back ourselves! The next business day I got a call from an Enterprise employee informing me that they got the car back in the same condition we received it, everything looked great, they were closing the “case” and retuning our $50 initial deposit. The whole process was very easy, convenient for all the parties involved, and transparent. We loved it! Sincerely. Thank you for such high quality and worry free service, Enterprise. You were great!
