The employee informed me that the date was listed incorrect, but advise me that he would fix it and there would be a car waiting for me at 9:00am on Monday, December 29. I waited in my car (with my baby) until 9:45 for Enterprise to show up. Finally, I went into the shop to wait while my husband took my baby home. The Enterprise employee finally came in and informed me that he was aware that he needed a car for me and called the store. Then, informed me that they would drop off the rental car at my house in 25 minutes. Two hours later, the car still had not arrived at my house. I called the store and waited on hold for 50 minutes before being connected to an employee. I asked the employee where the car was, I NEED a car, and they said, "there must have been some miscommunication. We should have a car delivered to your house by 2pm." The car was finally delivered at 3:30, when I should have had the rental by 9:00am.
