One person in paticular stood out to me. Farhan was stellar. He gave me actionable advice that led to me fixing a simple issue that would have costed me quite some if I had taken it to a shop. Not only that, he scanned and cleared the codes and my car is runnig great. I know he did not have to help me to that extent, but the fact that he did, with such a great attitude is worth praise. Thank you Farhan! Scale not high enough! 10 stars!

When I returned, I was suddenly told the policy had “changed.” I received completely different answers from different employees. One employee initially said he would exchange the pads, while another denied it, said the warranty didn’t apply, and walked away mid-conversation to help another customer. The lack of consistency and professionalism was extremely frustrating. What made the situation worse was that the way I was treated felt dismissive and discriminatory, which made the experience even more uncomfortable and disappointing.Policies should be clear and applied the same way to every customer. This experience was confusing, unprofessional, and disappointing. I won’t be returning to this location.

Ben even went out of his way to make sure that I had the right part and it was installed correctly. I have been to several different locations in the past couple years and I have to say that my experience with Ben tops them all! He was knowledgeable and honest with me. I have not had this experience at other locations. He would be a great leader for the company!
