  I cannot say enough great things about Santino Clay at Apple Ford Shakopee. From start to finish, this was hands down the best vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had. Santino is the definition of a true professional knowledgeable, honest, patient, and completely zero pressure the entire time. He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, answered every question thoroughly, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. That kind of service is rare. I absolutely LOVE my F150. It is everything I hoped for and more. The truck looks incredible, drives amazing, and I could not be happier with my purchase. Santino made it happen and made it easy. If you are buying a vehicle, do yourself a favor and ask for Santino.   I can't say enough great things about my car buying experience. Montrell was the biggest help when choosing the right vehicle for me. I had 1 vehicle in mind that I thought I was going to purchase prior to my visit. When I arrived, he actually showed me why that choice wasn't the right fit for me and had 3 other options that he thought I may like instead. All 3 were very solid options, were in my price range and all checked the boxes on my list. No pressure to buy, they were very accommodating to my young rambunctious kids and made me feel confident and comfortable with my purchase. I will definitely be doing business here again and I am so thankful to their team for going above and beyond to make this stressful process so easy!

  From our original phone call, to texting and a personal visit to SHAKOPEE APPLE FORD the experience was outstanding. Our sales representative KEVIN ROJAS was courteous, professional , informative and a very key representative of the dealership. The entire buying process from looking at cars, test driving and then financing our purchase was very thorough and easy. KEVIN , Mike and Peter all professionally represented and seemed to truly enjoy their jobs at the dealership. SHAKOPEE APPLE FORD should be very proud to have these employees as part of their dealership. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone looking for an easy and pleasant experience when out looking for a car or truck.   First two purchases here, great. Third one, complete nightmare. In Aug '25 leased a 2025 Mach E. They had several to choose from which will be an important detail here as I was not set on one particular one. Long story short there was some door dents not discovered until detailing the car for delivery(after papers were signed). I brought it back for repairs. I didn't see it again for WEEKS. Only to find out they repainted the entire half the car due to the dents and also some tree sap I was unaware of. They did such a terrible job that I had to bring it right back to be repainted again and speaker replacement!! Yes, somehow I had a blow sub woofer and random persons phone connected to my carplay when I got my car back too!! Paint job still has overspray lines and scratches, speakers are still shot, and a window replacement(under warranty) also never happened. At this point I would not leave it with them for any further work anyway. This went on for MONTHS!!! Putting gas in a loaner car while paying of my EV charger I couldn't use. Driving the same model loner car I had just traded in. While the GM did work with me on a resolution they just should not have completed the sale on the imperfect vehicle when they had others available to swap it out for. The repairs were done poorly and not authorized by me. Not to mention the misuse of my vehicle while in their possession!! How does Ford stand behind work like this(yes I filed a complaint with them)? The GM was unable to give a satisfactory solution and ended up just screaming at me and telling me its just a lease anyway along with other guilting comments, like I was making a big deal out of nothing. I can not wait to take my business elsewhere!! Sad to say I am stuck for now.

  I purchased my Subaru from Apple Ford Shakopee, yesterday and was super-please with my car buying experience, getting a vehicle I already love! After researching the vehicle I wanted and reaching out to their dealership they were prompt in reaching out and transparent in their communication through the entire process. I shared with them my concern of having missed out on test drives at other dealerships with vehicles having sold before I could get there - with little communication from those dealerships, so Eric Palmer (Sales Mgr.) assured me he would stay in communication prior to my test drive, which he did and having a bit of a distance to drive - I greatly appreciated it. I felt they were very fair in taking my trade-in, as well. Once in the purchase process at the dealership, salesperson Michael Neises took great care of the sale - beginning to end, 110%! Mike and Eric were professional, friendly -, and covered all the necessary bases of my visit to Apple Ford Shakopee. Thank you for making my car buying experience a great one; I will be recommending you to friends & family👍
