He truly listened to me and didn’t make me feel rushed in my decision making or pushed to buy the vehicle that I was looking at. Eric Palmer, the Sales Manager, didn’t make me feel great. He seemed rude and pushy, very to the point. From someone who works in Customer Service daily, that is not how you treat a potential customer. If I would’ve done the whole car buying process with him, I would’ve walked. Mike was one of the reasons I felt comfortable in the car buying process. He also looked into options to get me additional money back- now that is how you make a sale! I would love to work with Mike again and would highly recommend him as a salesman!

I was informed what was done through their video and by the staff member prior to departing. Talking about being professional, knowledgeable, efficient, etc., this dealership is an excellent choice for whatever vehicle you drive. Talk about being driven, that is how the staff here at Apple Ford in Shakopee, MN roll. Looking for excellent service, no need to look further than this dealership in beautiful Shakopee, MN. By the way, the entertainment isn’t so bad either as you have Canterbury Park Racetrack and Mystic Lake Casino. lol
