Instantly, about 20 different warning lights popped up on the dash, and my car started freaking out. I took it to a shop the next day and found out that the employees had scraped the wiring system, which caused all the error codes. I had to get the entire wiring system repaired. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Every time we've been to a Valvoline, they always start with checking lights, putting more air in the tires, topping off fluids and checking the air filter. None of that was done nor asked about. I think it was the manager working in our bay and he seemed less than enthused to be there working. When the oil change was done, we didn't even get a receipt (printed or emailed). Would definitely not recommend anyone go to the Savage location. This location has gone downhill in recent months. Maybe invest in employees that want to help people and are happy to be at work.
