  My wife went in to get her oil change and asked for a regular oil change and they did FULL SERVICE SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE and charged her $92. Very disappointing, terrible service and not an honest business.

  My experience with Hunter at Grease Monkey was exceptional. He was thorough, friendly, and efficient, completing exactly what I requested with no pressure to add extra services. He also honored a competitor’s coupon immediately, without any hesitation. When I asked for an estimate on brake pads and rotors, he took the time to explain the pricing clearly and patiently. Before I left, he provided an additional coupon for my next visit as well as a complimentary air freshener. I prefer Grease Monkey over other rapid-service oil change locations because Hunter respected what I came in for, mentioned only one optional recommendation, and did not pressure me in any way. I truly appreciate that. I will be returning to Grease Monkey for my next oil change and for my brake service. Hunter, thank you for making the experience genuinely pleasant.

  I thought I would try a local establishment near my house for a simple oil change this morning. I knew I would pay a little extra for this quick drive thru experience. What I did not expect was the lack of attention to detail, meaning my vehicle has a skid plate that has 4 bolts that have to be removed to change the oil filter. The technician was cursing and complaining about it the whole time as I sat in my car. This made me think what else was going under my cars oil change during this time. After I paid $125.00 for this oil change. I took my car home to check that everything was completed. First off I noticed the mess of oil on top of my engine compartment cover. The washer fluid was not filled at all which is easy to see because my washer fluid tank has a dip.stick. The invoice says it was topped off. My skid plate as I mentioned above only had three of the four bolts that were reinstalled. Luckily they put oil back in,meaning I checked that also. I drove back to Grease monkey to have them find the fourth bolt. They immediately found it, but somehow they could not put it back in. I spent over over 60 minutes as they tried and explained to me all the reasons the bolt would not would not go back in. I explained four bolts came out four should go back in. And that would be the reason it was somehow missed the first time. And never brought to my attention before i drive off. The technician a young kid who was one who was working on my vehicle, who was cursing about it. When i.asked him why he wouldn't mentioned to me that he couldn't get the fourth bolt back in before i left the first.time. He told.me.he forgot to. A 30 second fix took over a hour. He told me I could take my vehicle somewhere else at my expense to get it fixed. And proceeded to get into a argument with me. When I told him he was over stepping his pay grade when he was speaking for his assistant manager. He told me this isn't the Army which he could only guess by the veterans plate on my vehicle. The assistant manager could not give me a phone number to call. He however was apologetic for his coworkers attitude and argumentative approach to the problem with me. After nearly 1 1/2 hours tof trying they somehow found a bolt that worked amongst the many bolts they had for other skid plates that customers supposedly have them remove and not reinstall. Is it possible this whole time they had the wrong bolt the whole time. I give the assistant manager credit he was able to correct all the issues and was apoplectic for his coworkers attitude wirth me.I still paid $125 for this experience. I can say without a doubt I will not be back and will not recommend it as a place to go if asked.

  Hunter and his team do a very thorough, informed job. Helpful, knowledgeable and took less than 20 minutes for the whole process. 👍🏼 A+ business.
