  They were so friendly and accommodating! I bought a lightbulb for my missing headlight and the place I bought it couldn't figure out how to put it in. They recommended Grease Monkey. I was in and out of there in just a couple minutes. I would highly recommend this place!

  I would strongly stay away from this place, especially if you have a newer vehicle. I had an oil change done here, and it turned into a terrible experience. They installed the wrong oil filter on my truck, which caused multiple warning alarms to go off. My truck also indicated that it was overfilled with oil. I called the location, and the manager told me to bring it back in—even though I was 45 minutes to an hour away. I told him I wasn’t willing to take that risk, and he offered no alternative solution. I then asked to speak with his boss and had to argue just to get them to cover the cost of another oil change. He even questioned me, asking how they knew I didn’t add more oil myself. I took my truck to Dodge, where they confirmed the wrong oil filter had been installed. At this point, I’m not sure what long-term damage may have been done. On top of that, they told me my air filter was fine, but Dodge confirmed—and visually showed—that it needed to be replaced. My tire pressure was also not checked. Zero customer service skills. If you want quality service and peace of mind, go somewhere else.
