    Horrible customer service. They blond guy hung up the phone in my sister face the situation we had was renting a car and returning it to the state we are driving to ONLINE it states that we are able to do that they took our money and when we get there to pick up the rental they told us we needed a credit card WTH now we have to wait to get our money back y’all live to make life hard for people I will never go through this company ever.

    UPDATE: NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT DESPITE THE RESPONSE BELOW AND NO ONE HAS RESPONDED TO MY DISPUTE FOR THE CHARGE. So my experience with the desk agent was fine. My experience with check in/out and the general company? HORRIBLE. I picked up an suv and was given a damaged vehicle. The windshield was cracked and every time a turn was made, the steering made an awful clicking noise. I called the desk the next day to let them know and he suggested I exchange the vehicle. I literally took it back and got a different car, still an suv but an upgraded one. I had it for two days, safe, and honestly barely drove it. Just to work and back to my rental. I checked the car a ton to make sure nothing had appeared after getting a severely damaged vehicle prior. No damage, everything went smooth. When I returned the car, no one was present to walk with me or collect the keys. I left the keys in a random drop box and two other cars started to pull up to do the same. I boarded the plane and went back home. NEXT THING I KNOW, I'm getting a bill for damages to the car that NEVER OCCURRED. Two small scuffs in random places on the vehicle that were not acquired while I had the car. Sixt has YET to provide me with photos of the vehicle BEFORE I received it nor have they provided me with time stamped photos OR any other photos of the car other than close ups of those 2 tiny scuffs they claim i did. The vehicles in this places entire fleet were damaged in the garage with random scuffs or obvious cracks and they're just arbitrarily charging people upon returning vehicles.

    For many months now Sixt has been trying to get me to pay for damage to a rental that I did not cause. This is a company with no integrity that runs these little scams on customers to keep prices low.

    Their claims department is extremely slow and unresponsive. I returned my rental with damage caused by another driver and was very forthcoming providing police report, insurance details, etc. It's now 8 months later and they're still slowly maybe processing the claim. Emails to their claims department email get no response.
