  Have been an Emerald Club member for about 6 years. I am always happy with our National Car Rental experience. This past weekend, rented a car from the Minneapolis Airport (MSP). Both pick up & drop off went smoothly. I want to call our Jerome, who was very helpful selecting a car which would allow me to see over the steering wheel (I'm very vertically challenged) without a seat cushion. At drop off, Andy was great getting us situated & on our way. A big kudos to the National Car Rental team at MSP!!!

  I received outstanding customer service at the Minneapolis Airport National Car Rental this past week. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Then when needed to return the vehicle (a mistake I made, nothing with National or the vehicle) the attendant listened well and went what I considered above and beyond to get me back on the road. I felt very well taken care of.

  This is the WORST location. They all say they want to help and make a great rental but when you have an issue they abandon you. I had a car with 3 tires that were flat and a half tank gas and they did nothing. The were also unable to provide me an invoice that matched what they charged me. As a corporate renter I will never use this location again.

  I have used National multiple days per month for the past 3 years and honestly they surpass all other rental companies. I appreciate their system of choosing your own vehicle, their extraordinary customer service and the quality of their vehicles. I've honestly not had a bad experience this whole time across multiple cities. Thank you to the awesome National car rental team!

  Upon return of my rental truck, the lot attendant asked if there were any issues with the rental. I said yes. As I started to tell him what the issues were, he walked around the back side of the truck to the passenger side and disappeared behind the cab, there by hearing nothing I was saying. I understand wanting to be efficient in getting me to my flight expediently, but do not ask a question and then walk away. I had to start over when he came within ear shot and I let him know I was not pleased that he did not seem to want to hear what I had to say about the issues.
