  Fleet 2022 Chevy Colorado 4x4: I called and asked if they would do a required brake fluid replacement for my fleet vehicle in addition to my oil change. They said "yes we do". I got there around 3:40ish and pulled into the bay immediately and was not asked a single question about what I wanted for about 10 minutes so, I made sure I flagged over a technician and told him I needed to add the brake fluid flush. They said "sure thing". They didnt start working on my vehicle for about 20 minutes, the car next to me came and went, then the next on came in, it looked like he scanned her in with his tablet, then this technician I told about the fluid flush jumped in the car with the girl and left. I then saw another technician... Larry, I waved him over, and I asked him about the fluid flush. He said "We are having shift change and I will make sure the next crew knows... no problem" the next shift then started changing my oil... after 40 minutes waiting in the bay. All previous technicians were gone at this point. This shift aparently knew nothing about doing a "brake fluid flush"... didnt know they performed those. The supposedly called management... they supposedly called a mor senior technician who didn't show up that day, they didnt know if they had equipment to do it, they finished up the oil change and I was out of there in about 1.5 hours. Train all your people for the services you provide! Dont let them kick the can down the road for the next shift! They totally threw the "Closing shift" under the bus and I had a front row seat.

  The folks here are absolute wizards and always happy to answer questions or recommend smart preventative maintenance options. Rabbit especially is great, I moved 2 cities away and still come to this Jiffy Lube

  If I could give it a ZERO today, I would. I took my morning off to get a change of oil. I waited for 45 minutes to be told to move over to let someonen else in, in my place. He claimed first come first serve. The lady he let in had arrived 10 minutes and was behind me. She had just moved over to a new space that opened up. I've been coming her for a few years, but this experience was not good and his attitude, more kike, "because I say so". I'd rather go somewhere else where my business is appreciated.
