  enterprise usually does a really good job but the MSP location last week was terrible. to start, the check in process is cumbersome; going to the 2nd floor where cars are suppose to be located, only to be told to go down to the 1st floor to personally check in, then go back upstairs to get your car. there were ZERO cars available (for reasons unknown to me and apparently staff as well since they gave no explanation). 2 hour wait to get a car (not the class that I reserved). upon loading and getting ready to go, fortunately I tested the key fob; it would not start the car. waited another 30 minutes for a battery change in that fob, only to get another fob that also malfunctioned. the fob had to be held directly on the "start" button to work. I was told this was normal (it is definitely NOT normal). eventually got a different car (even smaller class than the original replacement car). from there, things were fine.....aside from the smell of cigarette smoke in the car. other than that, i had a great experience. will hopefully never go through MSP again.

  I'm 53 years old and this was the best car rental transaction I have ever had. Typically the rental car experience is the last person you encounter at the end of a very long travel day and you get bombarded with solicitations and up charges in a very vulnerable spot (you've put your eggs in this basket and there are not a breadth of options at this time of day). This group with Enterprise at the Minneapolis Airport treated me like a valued customer, protected their interest but acknowledged the steps we had already taken, provided a visual reminder for getting back to the correct terminal, and got us on our way in what felt like very little time. It was late on a Thursday when we arrived at Minneapolis but there was more than one staff person at the counter. On our return they had two staff members working returns (including a management trainee). We encountered an unexpected issue with the key fob and spent our own money. The management trainee provided her business card, acknowledged our receipts and promised to have the office look into it. I travelled on the weekend and already heard from their staff by Monday. In summary, smooth transaction, appropriately staffed, treated me like a customer that they valued, got us going swiftly both coming and going, and treated unexpected issues in a business like fashion. Can't say enough good things about this specific team. If you're flying through Minneapolis, do yourself a favor and rent from the Enterprise Team. Thank you!

  My positive experience at Enterprise warrants a public praise. Despite being late to pick up my original rental (at a location that closed soon after my scheduled pick up time), a representative assisted me over the phone to the next nearest available Enterprise location. Within only an hour of my original pick up time, I had just the preferred vehicle to get me where I needed to go. The best part of it was that the rental (a sky blue Chevy Trax) had less than 100 miles on the odometer. Suffice it to say, a 14 hour road trip turned into a 14 hour joyride, for I was assured by the capabilities of the rental car offered to me. I am pleased to state that my first choice for a rental car in the future will take place at an Enterprise location.

  I am disabled and only able to walk short distances with a cane and needed a wheelchair to luggage drop off. I had made calls to Delta, MSP airport and Enterprise customer service all telling me that is not something they will do. When I got out of my rental car Zach asked if I needed a wheelchair and I explained what I had been told. He spoke with his general mgr and told me he had already contacted the wheelchair assistant to pick me up and as I got closer to the little office the general mgr met me mid way and offered to roll my luggage for me. I was inside a warm office and waiting for the wheelchair assistant but despite 3 other people checking on me and nobody had arrived in over an hour. Finally an employee told me that his best driver was coming right up to drive me to the front airport drop off which is just outside the luggage drop off. He even rolled my luggage to the door. I was so appreciative of everyone's help and making sure that I was there just in the nick of time to board my plane. Prior to arriving at the car return I was very stressed about how I would get to where I needed to be in time to catch my flight. So thank you everyone for the exemplary customer service!

  Car was an Audi A5 with ~26k miles. Car was clean, good condition overall. Except - it rained during use and the wiper blades were WAY overdue. Also, a pesky warning light that -- after a little research -- I found out was for a critical electrical failure! Fortunately, the car didn't leave me stranded anywhere. The staff at both pick up and drop off at MSP were absolutely fantastic. I will rent from Enterprise again, maybe exclusively, but will do my due diligence before driving off.
