- GLGary LingenNov 24, 20251.0For many months now Sixt has been trying to get me to pay for damage to a rental that I did not cause. This is a company with no integrity that runs these little scams on customers to keep prices low.

I returned my rental with damage caused by another driver and was very forthcoming providing police report, insurance details, etc. It's now 8 months later and they're still slowly maybe processing the claim. Emails to their claims department email get no response.

Didn't have my car class said he'll try to call the other terminal but I have to wait, told him I'm already late, said we don't have any upgrades here only downgrade. I accepted the downgrade had no other options as I was already late, when I finally went to pick up the car there were many upgrade cars in the lot, he just didn't want to offer them to me so I was stuck with the downgrade, the delay, the poor customer service.
