About a month after my trip I received a damage bill for $650 for a scrape on the rim. I know for sure I was not the one to cause the damage, but had no way to prove it. Either way $650 is ridiculous to fix a rim. I sent it through insurance and still had to pay $225 out of pocket for their admin fees. For sure won’t rent here again womp womp 0/10 If you read this review and still decide to rent from them…take photos of the car once you rent it! Would’ve saved me a lot.

I booked a long rental through a 3rd party, and SIXT did not honor the rate, accused me of using a VPN to secure an incorrect rate, then cancelled the reservation with left me zero options and left me stranded at the airport and tried to charge me over double for the same car. Never again.
- LMLele mcDec 15, 20254.0The car that was rented to me was not the one I had wanted, but they were out of SUVs when I got in - delayed. Perhaps if Terminal 2 had still been open at 11:00pm. I would have received the SUV. As it was, I had to add an additional 20 minutes onto my already-long day to traipse back through Terminal 2 to a train to Terminal 1. A nice young man greeted me at the counter and his friendly demeanor helped me to return to mine. Wasi upgraded my car to a BMW and sent me on my way. The 2 men at the booth outside were also very nice.
