  As soon as my flight landed before I even got off the plane, I received a text from SIXT stating that I can follow the guided steps to make my pick up easier. I walked up to the desk was greeted by a nice young man, explained to him that I completed all prompts in my phone, all I had to do is show my driver's license/credit card and he gave me the keys, and I was on my way literally only took about 5 min. Great experience, he also told me upon return, just drop the keys in the drop box and that's it.

  This is my second time renting with Sixt. Bith times have been without issues. At the MSP airport it was a breeze! Staff were friendly! They verified my information and proceeded to the second floor and was given a key to my rental! 5 minutes, in and out! Line was short compared to other agencies. And the cost compared to avis was WAY CHEAPER!! The interior of the vehicle was way cleaner than AVIS!! And I’m at a presidential/preferred status with AVIS.. I’ll be renting more with Sixt. Thanks Sixt!

  Overall the experience was great, we rented from MSP. The lady who handled the reservation, Angela was terrific. The gentleman, Keshawn J who handled the return was absolutely top notch and made the experience five stars. Keshawn went above and beyond which was greatly appreciated at the end of our trip.

  Be careful renting from this location. Sixt did not have the car I requested and gave me an ‘upgrade’. This upgrade was a BMW two series that was covered in scratches. A few of them were documented already, but I took photos at pick up and uploaded them into the app to document. Yesterday I received an email from the Sixt damages team regarding a damage claim that has been filed. I would be very careful renting from this location as they clearly don’t inspect the cars well and are happy to pass the blame onto the next customer.

  I recently rented a vehicle from Sixt Rental Car and had an excellent overall experience. The reservation process was smooth, the staff was professional and courteous, and the pickup and return procedures were efficient and well organized. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready at the scheduled time, which made the entire process seamless. I was provided with a BMW X4, which was a great vehicle, stylish, responsive, and comfortable to drive. It handled exceptionally well and offered a premium driving experience. However, due to my height and longer legs, I would have preferred a larger SUV for additional legroom and overall space, especially for longer drives. That said, the quality of service and the condition of the vehicle met my expectations. I would absolutely consider renting from Sixt again and would simply opt for a larger model next time to better suit my comfort needs.
