- LCLana Clouser2 days ago1.0Made reservations for 6am pick up. When I arrived, there was no one at the counter. A sign said see the attendant in the parking garage. There was no one at the National kiosk in the garage. A sign instructed you to pick a car and check out at the booth as you exit. There was NO ONE at any of the booths until 7am. I was trapped in the rental car parking garage with no way to leave with the rental car for almost an hour. If attendants aren’t scheduled until 7am, don’t allow 6am reservations.

I went back and an agent approached and helped me. her name was ERIN TODD, she tried to find the phone and went to the cleaning area and found it. that is the extra mile service we all need from a customer service!!!,,,thank you ERIN and National!!!

National decided to do a computer upgrade and we got stuck in the parking lot for over 45 mins waiting for the attendant to hand right all contracts. We had another 1 hour and 30 mins to drive after waiting 45 mins.

After returning my car, I accidentally left my computer inside. While I was already seated at my gate, Nina Person, one of your representatives, called to let me know she had found it. Since my flight was already boarding, I didn’t have enough time to return to the rental center and make it back in time. To my surprise and immense relief, Nina went above and beyond—she personally came all the way to the terminal to deliver my computer so I could catch my flight. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication were truly exceptional. Thank you, Nina, and the entire National team, for providing such an outstanding customer experience!
