This was my first time renting with National. I will 100% be booking with them again. The whole team made the process seamless. Samantha at the desk told me where to go and even gave me a card with the return address for my GPS (so helpful since there are 2 separate rental car returns). Kameron was so cheery and kind when helping me check out and Sean was super smooth with the return process. Everyone was happy to answer any and all my questions. Thank you National. True customer service.

I was asked if I wanted the fuel service at the time I was leaving the rental location. I DECLINED but was charged for it anyway. I called customer service was when I discovered the charge when reviewing my receipt. They told me I would need to return to a rental office to have the charge removed/corrected. Putting the onus of the customer to correct your mistake is very poor service. I should NOT have been charged to begin with, when the mistake was discovered you should have been able to correct it over the phone. It was not practical for me to drive 40 miles to a rental office to fix YOUR mistake. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with this experience.

Disappointed with their customer service. I have executive elite status and she wouldn’t upgrade my car that’s included complimentary with my status. I travel a lot and never had any issues with this. Said it was due to availability but the lot was full of cars.
Lazy unappreciative employees.

Good experience. Need more variety for vehicles available in the Emerald Executive aisles. Also, the Executive doesn’t seem to have better options than standard Emerald aisle.
