In Kentucky, the parking brake unexpectedly locked up on our van at a gas stop; although luckily released 20 minutes later. We drove to Lexington airport for a no hassle exchang, and the check in process back at the Minneapolis airport was smooth and courteous.

What a treasure this gentleman is! He asked about our travel and steered us to an AWD crossover. I felt like my own father was there to put me in the safest car for our family. I will never forget the kindness and car of this man. Thank you for having excellent ambassadors for the brand!

I wish all companies could learn from National's great culture of customer service.

When they emailed me the unauthorized insurance and emailed agreement I called. They said I have to go back to air. They put it in there without my signature so why not take it off. 1hour on the phone. 2 hours round trip to airport later today sometime. Very disappointed. Will see if it gets resolved. 6 hours minimum into their error.
