  Service department makes more appointments than it's staff can resonably handle. 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment is ridiculous! Not very happy with the service I received. Still love Volvo but will be taking my car elsewhere for service. If you are going to take that long for simple service provide a loaner while you are wasting my time!

  My ninth Volvo from the Kline Volvo dealership. This beautiful XC60 is my favorite. I depend on Apple CarPlay. When I needed help to reconnect, Claire contacted me immediately and resolved my problem in a few seconds. Purchasing a car from this dealership is largely because the cars sell themselves. Returning to the dealership and using it for maintenance and expert troubleshooting from an expert like Claire is why I will continue to purchase and maintain my cars here. Thank you Claire

  Disappointed. I have reached out to have the management at Kline Volvo contact me multiple times with only responses of promises to do so by front line workers or AI bots. Weeks have passed with no contact. I have been waiting since September for a part that was missing at purchase to arrive, and only excuses by sales person and also zero follow up to the other promises to address additional issues at the time of purchase. Not sure how a “luxury” car dealer can operate in this fashion. I have been patient and respectful, and hopefully will finally get some reaction by posting this via google, as the regular avenues followed have only resulted in frustration and disappointment. Would highly recommend NOT shopping at Kline due to the incredibly poor customer service and deceptive salesperson.

  Paul Sebastian was one of the best dealers I’ve worked with. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and readily available, and I never once felt pressured. He took the time to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable throughout the process. I trusted him completely and would highly recommend working with him.

  Don't bring your car here. They will not fix a known problem unless you ask them to. They will do the bare minimum service and charge you the maximum. Not to mention they make mistakes and try to get you to pay for it. They put brakes on my car without asking, and then tried to tell me there was a sale on brakes. When I said I didn't want them, the service guy walked away and came back 2 minutes later and said, well it's your lucky day we put brakes on your car, so you get them for free. Two minutes earlier he tried to charge me for his mistake. Avoid buying a Volvo altogether. At all costs avoid Kline Volvo Service.
