  Cannot rate a zero. Highly unethical company. Phone number goes straight to voicemail, using the contact in the poster. on 1 of the 2 webpages the submit a request seemed to work. I specically asked about using a card, was told I could. Then when I got there a half hour later, was told the card reader was down for the last 2 days. This left me with a bout a 2 mile round trip walk ( mostly without sidewalks) at 4am in 10 degree weather to the closest ATM. With a previous back injury, highly agrivated by this frozen walk, now I get to spend time at Regions Hospital on zero sleep and starting off the news years by maxing out my medical out of pocket in the first week. If they can't be honest about accepted payment options, that's a significant problem that needs to be addressed... Had they been honest, I would have had the Uber stop at and ATM prior to making it there.... Might need to talk to a lawyer on this one.

  This towing service has a habit of not knowing what vehicles they have, and towing vehicles they weren't supposed to. I had to call 11 times, then to call the police, for them to realize they had my car. They even lied multiple times to claim that they hadn't even towed that night. I would never reccomend them to anyone.

  Idk who was driving that red truck downtown st paul 12/14/25 but he was riding me hard trying to intimidate me and ziping through traffic cutting people off 11 20 am license plate YCC6007 J Feb 2025 tabs. This is not the movie Joy Ride. But that's exactly what it was giving. Trying to Ride my bumper and scare someone, not happening. Dangerous and unsafe. This is a company vehicle, I dont know if this is the owner or what or because he saw a woman in the car but this was extremely weird and psychologically odd. It is a Sunday morning, this is just plain weird.

  Nearly every one of my friends has been towed out of my apartment building parking lot because the signage is incredibly unclear and this company is unbelievably predatory. They give no warning whatsoever before towing the car, and no notice that they have done so. The prices to recover the car are outrageous and rapidly increase the longer your car is in their lot. This is made infinitely worse by the fact that the company website provides no address for where to recover your car, and the address that shows up when looking for the building on maps is permanently closed. Also, the business only accepts cash, and their building (once you find it) does not have an ATM. How, pray tell, am I supposed to go find an ATM (because I do not carry $300 cash on me at all times) when I do not have a car. Even once there, the employees are rude, unfeeling individuals who treat you with zero sympathy for your situation. I cannot believe such a seedy business with such complete lack of empathy for the people they claim to serve can possibly be allowed to operate. Along with this review, I will be contacting my apartment building because it is a shame that they are willing to work with such a horrific company, Unfortunately google does not give the option to give a business zero stars, and even that would be extremely gracious.
