- EZEmma Zelles3 days ago1.0Clearly they don’t pay their workers enough to feed themselves… My car was towed in the wee smaller hours of the night. I went to the Randolph location to pick it up the next morning and a sealed box of bakery cookies had been opened and two eaten. Not only that, but I had just vacuumed my car the day it was towed and whoever ate my cookies big backed to the point that my car is COVERED in crumbs. They charged $350 cash for a 2 mile tow, and then stole my baked goods. I’d sue if I had the money, but they took all my money and my emotional support cookies. I hate them with my whole heart.

- JKJeff KruseFeb 14, 20261.0Will be filing a formal complaint with the city. Forced me to pay cash to get my car out of the impound and that’s illegal in mn. Towed my car out my own parking space. Knocked my stuff down and pushed it around making a mess. Easily the most unprofessional tow company I’ve dealt with. They also towed a motorcycle of mine and left it lying in the dirt to rust out for a month. Totaled the bike because of it. They don’t care. The reviews speak for them selves with this company.

I didn’t have a bad experience with the actual people working there, but this company will tow you immediately in areas with scant signage and will not bother to contact anyone in the area to see if vehicles can be moved by their owners first.
