I got an email for someone through a company representative and the email was responded to several hours later. Their response basically said it's not their job to help me and directed me to email 2 other people. I sent the 2 other people an email and got an auto response from one of the emails that said the message could not be delivered from a non company email and the other person never responded. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, especially since I didn't even get the opportunity to rent a vehicle I really wanted to rent.
