  Honestly, the manager his name is heaven He is really good at his job and I recommend people come and rent from this Exotic rentals. I always have a really good experience with these people.

  Poor customer service. I received nothing but a complete run around. I called multiple times and left 1 voicemail. I got an email for someone through a company representative and the email was responded to several hours later. Their response basically said it's not their job to help me and directed me to email 2 other people. I sent the 2 other people an email and got an auto response from one of the emails that said the message could not be delivered from a non company email and the other person never responded. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, especially since I didn't even get the opportunity to rent a vehicle I really wanted to rent.

  Who need Maui when you can rent a Maserati! Jacob, Farah, and the rest of the crew were outstanding in helping with the experience. Look forward to doing it again.
