  The agent was great and expidited my pre-check in perfectly, but the car was absolutely filthy. Cream seats with brown and black stains everywhere. There was a fast food bag under the front seat(empty), but very disappointed with vehicle cleanliness, but I wasn't going back in to switch cars after an 11 hour fly day and still a 2 hour drive. I also found it ridiculous that for a 2 hour rental was 165.00.

  I've been renting from Enterprise for 20 plus years and have always been satisfied. However, this last trip got interesting. I was suppose to be given an all wheel drive (4×4) truck, instead ended up with a two wheel drive, without winter tires. It became problematic in a ice storm. While returning the vehicle, the attendant took notice that particular truck should have been delivered south already. So, with that, and the issues I had in the conditions, he refunded some of my money. They acted on this matter, friendly, professional and concerned with the outcome.

  Flew in from AZ to MN to visit family, the cold was no joke. Went to Terminal 2 counter, Matt was fantastic, making sure I had a SUV to make me feel more comfortable with the snow storm coming in. Went into garage to get car, and Frank had pulled up a vehicle and had it running to warm it up for me. I did not have the right charger for my cell phone, and he found one for me to use while I was in town. Upon returning, Frank was shocked that I remembered his name, and I made sure to thank him for being so kind and returned the charger. Truth be told, I wrote both Matt and Franks name down, as I knew I needed to acknowledge them both for going above and beyond - providing TOP NOTCH customer service. Probably one of the best experiences in renting a vehicle is a long time.

  Had a another great experience renting a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport. Everything was just as I expected, and I had a nice selection of cars to choose from. The Enterprise agent, Haylee, who helped me get my car did an outstanding job. I highly recommend!

  Unfortunately, on our drive from Minneapolis to Dallas we found something left behind in the glove box that should not have been there. I called customer service and they handled the issue very professionally. The area manager Elizabeth at MSP airport was very professional and then at DFW Matt Dash was a champ. Exactly what you would want for leadership in a very unusual circumstance.
