  Had a decent price and car was fine BUT out of the 3 car brands I tried (Honda, Hyundai and Nissan) when I was picking my car, NONE of them had apple car play enabled. Blows my mind that in 2025 Enterprise is so cheap that they will not get their cars with apple car play. Iphone is the most common type of phone used in America and generally speaking when people rent cars they are not familiar with the areas they will be driving the car in. Kinda makes it a bigger issue when you have to keep looking down at your phone in the cup holder for directions instead of being able to utilize the car play feature. Very disappointing.

  Picking up was a breeze. Nice, polite young man brought my rental vehicle up & explained things well. Gentleman at the booth, also very friendly, intelligent, helpful, articulate and a delight to interact with. Drop off - not so much. The young woman who handled the return was very, very difficult to understand. She had a thick accent and spoke very quietly. I had to ask her 3 or 4 times to please speak up because I didn't hear her question or statement. She not only spoke quietly but spoke from the front of the vehicle while I was inside of it -couldn't hear her at all. She said things (I understood after repeating) like "Leave the vehicle running" but it was already turned off. All in all, the drop off was pretty much the opposite of the pick up - just added stress to a 4am early flight out situation that shouldn't have been necessary. The vehicle itself was fine. They had a deal for minivans going when I made the reservation and although I normally rent a compact or standard because I'm traveling alone and didn't need a larger vehicle, it worked out ok. I was happy to pay less, even if the gas mileage wasn't quite as good. Despite the Illinois license plates, I had no trouble with it whatsoever.

  Rohan Shah always takes amazing care of me every time I rent with Enterprise. There was one time when I ended up with a messed-up car, and he went above and beyond to fix the situation. He did everything he could to make things right and made sure I left satisfied. His professionalism, patience, and dedication truly stand out. Rohan consistently delivers top-tier customer service, and I genuinely believe he deserves a promotion. Enterprise is lucky to have someone like him on their team. Highly recommend working with Rohan!

  Everything from reservations to dropping off the car was such a smooth process! Upon picking up the car at MSP airport, the attendant (her name was Tan) was really sweet and such a great help. She admitted that she was newly off orientation and appreciated my patience. I had a reservation through a employee/family member under “Becky” but when giving my ID and credit card, she asked additional questions to ensure I was the same person. She apologized for the extra time but stated the risk of car theft, etc. And ensuring my information was protected. She was awesome and is a wonderful employee. Highly recommend Enterprise!

  I consistently choose Enterprise because their customer service is always outstanding. On my most recent visit at the Minneapolis–Saint Paul Airport location, I accidentally left my cell phone in my rental car. I had already reached the airport terminal when I realized it, so I turned around and went back to the rental center. The staff immediately took action to help. The representative who checked me in actually remembered me and the vehicle I had, so he quickly located the car and retrieved my phone. Their professionalism, honesty, and helpful attitude made a stressful moment incredibly easy. Excellent experience. Highly recommend this location!
