I didn’t get scared into having to buy extra coverage, and when some unforeseen circumstances made me too late to the airport to be able to stop and refuel the car the agent was waived the refuel fee — it wasn’t a lot as the car was at 3/4 tank, but I appreciated it a lot. There also were phone numbers sent to me via text so if I had needed help I wouldn’t have had to dig through a ton of paperwork. Enterprise is the worth the few extra dollars one might pay …

Riley was so supportive, since the car I reserved wasn’t available, It’s nice to see people really do care, and want you to have the best experience possible. Thanks Enterprise for making a difficult trip a little better.

I was in Minnesota the temps were in the teens. So I didn’t want to mess around. The gentleman on the phone said he reserved a replacement car for me at a place 10 minutes away. I arrived about 20 minutes after the call. No phone call was made to that location or email. They did not have a car to replace mine with. They did check the pressure, added air and assured me all was well. I did not have any additional issues. Was disappointed in the communication with the gentleman on the phone.
- SKSL KDec 17, 20255.012/26/25: I had bad luck with the 1st and 2nd cars this time with ERAC. I drove to MSP to exchange the car and ERAC’s Customer Service standard remains top notch. Nate, the Branch/Site Manager, took care of the problem and swapped the 2nd car with a newer rental model and sent me on my way. I really appreciate how ERAC treats their clients. 12/16/25: I have been using Enterprise for about 20 years and they never fail me. I went to pick up my rental at the MSP location: Corrissa took really good care of me and I was on my way to the car in about 8 minutes. There, I was greeted by Haylee and she was so friendly and showed me to my car and off I went. Enterprise staffs are pros at every location that I had a rental (PSP, SFO, STL, CVG, SNA). One thing I wish Enterprise to check is the battery level of the car’s key fob on an annual basis or at every return.
