The staff were not only able to get my van in, they communicated quickly with me and got it fixed by the end of the day. I know they were busy because I saw the number of customers they had but they were calm, friendly, and welcoming. Even remembering, when I came in at the end of the day, that I worked at a hospital even though that wasn't off-handed comment. Everybody really should check this place out.
