  Called in as a first time customer with no idea why my vehicle suddenly sounded like a jet plane, one of the mechanics actually offered to drive to me since I was so concerned about driving it. After confirming my catalytic converters had been stolen they were simply amazing through the whole repair/insurance claim process. That was almost three years ago and they have consistently gone above and beyond for routine and unexpected service needs. Highly recommend.

  Laney, Jessie and the crew were very knowledgeable and explained all of the maintenence needed on my Tacoma TRD Sport and when I'll be due for the next service to keep my truck tip top. I trust only the best with my vehicles and I trust them as they know engines. They don't push unnecessary services on you, they do thorough diagnostics and only recommend services based on the condition of the components of your vehicle. Fast, efficient service, reasonable pricing, nice waiting room with drinks, and very friendly staff, absolutely priceless in today's world. Keep on rocking in the free world!

  Had a couple services here now and their team is great! They were flexible with me on timing during a snowstorm and had parts ordered asap for a quick and easy experience. Pricing is always modest and they’re very transparent about timelines for maintenance which is huge. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a timely, cost-effective and honest shop!

  I brought my BMW X3 into Dynotech to have the front brake pads replaced, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The only reason I mention that it’s a BMW is to highlight that Dynotech clearly knows how to work on German/European vehicles. The gentleman at the front counter immediately stood out. Before they even looked at the car, he took the time to explain a worst-case scenario price range based on a typical repair of this type (pads and rotors). He was very clear that it was only an estimate, but that level of transparency is rare and did a great job managing expectations. Most shops won’t even talk numbers until after inspection, so this was refreshing and appreciated. Drop-off was easy, and Josh was friendly, professional, and clear about next steps. I dropped the car off at 8:00 a.m., and he told me they would get back to me before noon—which they did. They explained exactly what they found, walked me through the options, and gave honest advice. The rotors were in great shape, and they explained the cost difference if I did want to replace them, without any pressure. Communication was excellent throughout. I received text updates after making the appointment and again as soon as the vehicle was ready, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall: great service, fair pricing, honest advice, and timely work. Dynotech clearly values transparency and customer experience. I’ll absolutely be back and would recommend them without hesitation!

  I give a 5 star, because the number one, is to be able to trust a shop and to give us true undivided issues & to fixed what they feel is the issue that causes a vehicles problem. The staff are helpful and willing to go above and beyond. I've finally found the shop I can trust. Also let me mention they don't try to Price gouge. I know my vehicle will come back to me better than it went in. True to the price of work done!!!!!
