We purchased our cars out of state before moving to St Paul about a year ago. One was completely broken down, and the other also needed extensive repairs and was not safe to drive. This was all happening at the same time, and we were in a very financially troubling situation. Talk about stress-overload! Adam in the service department went above and beyond to help us! Not only was he communicative and kind, but he worked miracles and saved us from extreme financial debt. He also referred us to Phil in the sales department for assistance with our other daily driver. Phil was a pleasure to work with! Very easy-going, knowledgeable and there was absolutely no sales pressure. He explored our options with us and we decided to go with a lease. Had we traded in our car for a used car we would have been upside down on our loan, but we were able to get a vehicle with only 22 miles with no financial repercussions. He negotiated a very generous amount for our trade in and we were able to take advantage of rebates for our lease. One of these situations was stressful enough, but dealing with both at the same time was such a terrible ordeal. Buerkle Hyundai made it very smooth. Even though we purchased our original vehicles from out of state, they treated us like family and we are eternally grateful!
