    This review is long overdue but I wanted to make sure I got it up here so others know how great this dealership is. I bought my new palisade back in July and it was the best car purchasing experience I have had to date. Our sales guy, Garrett was absolutely phenomenal. It started out over the phone with him because we knew exactly what we wanted but had a less than desirable experience a few days prior with another dealership. He listened to what we wanted, gave us info on our trade in and delivered everything he said he would upon our arrival in a timely manner as requested. The new vehicle was pulled up all washed and ready for a test drive when we arrived. After our test drive all we had to do was go through a couple things with the trade and we were quickly on our way into George’s office (he was also wonderful) to finish with financing quickly just as we were hoping. Although Garrett was very busy that day he then took a significant amount of time to sit in the new car with us and go over all the features. We drove to this specific dealership even though it was much further than another because of his service. It was well worth the extra drive time. I usually dread dealing with the new vehicle purchasing process but he made it a great experience - so much so that I sent my parents his way for a new vehicle as well and would recommend Garrett and Burkle Hyundai to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

    I have never written a negative review, but my experience purchasing a new car here was incredibly disappointing. When I brought the car home, I discovered multiple scratches. I had to push hard for a remedy—only after I became upset did the general manager finally say he was sorry, and he insisted they were “making it right” by fixing it. But the point he seemed to forget is that I bought a brand-new vehicle; this situation should never have happened in the first place. The repairs took more than a week, during which I had to drive a rental. There was still no proactive apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and no offer to make amends of any kind. To make matters worse, the finance manager sold me a warranty without mentioning that the car already came with one. I trusted his guidance. Only later did he say he would refund the money. Now, almost a month later, I discovered that the refund was never processed. That feels dishonest and extremely frustrating. Even at a restaurant, if something goes wrong, a manager apologizes and offers to make it right. Here, the customer service was the opposite—defensive, dismissive, and unprofessional. The only positive part of the experience was the salesperson, Ben, and the body shop team, Callie and Jaden. They were kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful, and I appreciate them! Unfortunately, the overall experience left me stressed and disappointed. For anyone expecting honesty, accountability, and true customer service when buying a new car, I would be cautious.

    This dealership's service department was amazing. My service advisor was, Adam, and he was incredibly helpful. Adam guided me through the entire process with my car's mechanical issue. Fortunately, Adam was able to get my mechanical issue covered under a goodwill repair. This would not be possible the help of, Adam. I went ahead and accepted all the other maintenance he suggested as well. Thank you again, Adam. You made this experience exceptional and I appreciate you!

    Went at the beginning of August to test drive a car. Specifically told them that was all I was interested in. Fast forward to today, I went into the dmv, and they told me my car had been listed for resale by the dealership in August. So because of that, I was unknowingly driving around for 3 months without car registration (the dmv told me the old registration gets canceled). In addition, I had to pay to get new plates, because the old ones were associated with the resale, and the dmv can't revert that process. Edit: Added photo of the note the dmv wrote on my original registration.

    I bought Hyundai Santa Fe 2024 from Buerkle Hyundai dealer. The customer service at the time of purchase process was so good, but the way they address complaints/issues of the car later was bad. The issue was about driver side car seat cover fading, damaged, scratched and worn in less than 6 months after purchase. I don’t know where it came from but I saw the cover of the seat being worn and looks bad/ugly as if it was used aggressively for many years. I have never seen this type of seat cover issue in any other brands of an old car. It is clear that Hyundai Santa Fe 2024 car seat is made of a cheap product/material in which the cover of the seat is worn easily by regular clothing. This has happened in less than a year and it not a normal wear and tear process. Please check the pictures below. I use the same clothes to drive an old Nissan car for over five years, but the seat is still a brand new (no wear and tear even 10 years of use). Honestly, I didn't use this Hyundai Santa Fe 2024 car for 'uber' or other taxi services, in which you have to drive the car the whole day. In that case the seat would have been a total loss just by a regular pressure from my clothes. I have no doubt that Hyundai Santa Fe car seat is made of cheap material and I could imagine what the seat would look like if I had had used it aggressively for uber services. Since Hyundai does NOT want to admit this cheap seat material and replace it for me with the warranty coverage, I advise you NOT to buy Hyundai Santa Fe car anymore. Kindly spread the word that Hyundai Santa Fe car does NOT worth the price and all the parts of the care are made of cheap materials to bring the price down. In addition, Buerkle Hyundai dealer didn’t want to replace the seat cover and this clearly shows that they don’t care about their customers. I want you to stay away from Buerkle Hyundai Dealer and Hyundai Santa Fe car in general to avoid this type of troubles. Please share this message to everyone who wants to buy Hyundai Santa Fe. Hyundai Santa Fe car is NOT reliable and absolutely, the worst car I ever owned! It has no reasonable normal wear and I do NOT recommend Hyundai Santa Fe car!
