  very poor customer service. I went to return the light bulb that was sold wrong- but the so called manager denied to return. very very poor Auto zone has to find the right people that serve customers.

  Don’t waste your time or money coming to this location. Save the stress & just go to Oriellys. This autozone will tell you, you have an existing warranty just so you can buy from them & they will not return your money when you come back with the old part. Cashier who seems to be no older than 18 was disrespectful & zoning out until I demanded my money back. The one I assumed was the manager would not comply, when I said I would leave a horrible review, he for some reason could not understand why I would do such a thing. It’s stressful enough having car problems with out having to deal with such idiotic people.

  Went in to pick up a starter for a mobile mechanic. Guy who helped me looked up the vehicle and never asked if the starter was for a manual or automatic vehicle. I assumed they were the same. They were not and he gave me the wrong one. This type of overlook should never happen at a place where you specialize in auto parts.

  I have always been treated pretty poorly at this location. I understand as a female in an auto store wearing scrubs it is often thought I don't know what I need. However, as a mechanics daughter I generally have a pretty good idea. This location consistently ignores me when I enter even when I walk directly up to the counter. On this particular day I was picking up an order I placed the day prior. The person who was "helping" me didn't once actually look at me. They pulled my order looked at and said that's it. I said "there should be two of....." "Oh, yeah, it does say two" then retrieved the item and left them on the floor for me to pick up. The order was more then someone would be able to carry easily out the door. However, the person had already walked away and was back to whatever they were doing. Not a thank you, or have a good day, just walked away. I didn't know our transaction was done I actually had a couple of questions that didn't get answered.
