  I purchased a battery for my car while I was up north from an AutoZone location that I wouldn't typically visit, and the employee tried to tell me that it wasn't the right battery for my car, which it was. As I couldn't drive my car I didn't have the old battery, so they told me to just bring it back to any AutoZone to get the core exchange money back. I got back to where I was staying and my car still didn't start. I got it towed home, and the shop said I had a bad starter, BUT, the new battery I had just bought was also bad. So I went to the shop, picked up the new battery, brought it back to this AutoZone to get it exchanged, and brought my old battery with to get the core refund. They exchanged the battery, and then told me since they already exchanged it, they couldn't do the core refund. They then tried to tell me they could just take my old battery and not give me any money, or a $10 gift card while the core refund is $22. It may not be a huge difference but when the amounts are sitting right in front of you and they try to just weasel you out of $12 it really just doesn't make sense. All this time, the employees I spoke with seemed annoyed I was asking them for help. Add on top of this the employee that told me he couldn't search for something in their system when I asked for help, so I just had to look for it myself, and I was able to search for it just fine on the website. AutoZone will not be getting my money again.

  Benny is very nice & helpful, he even put my low beam bulb for left and right beam. Thanks for the help.

  I went to try to return a part that I bought it was the wrong part and they are they are the ones who gave me the wrong part and they would not return it. I will never use this company again and do not recommend them to anyone

  very poor customer service. I went to return the light bulb that was sold wrong- but the so called manager denied to return. very very poor Auto zone has to find the right people that serve customers.
