He saved me from taking some bad advice I got from the AAA guy, and saved me from spending an hour at O'Rileys getting work done that I didn't need. He ultimately figured it all out and it didn't cost me a dime because he explained exactly why I DIDN'T need a new battery! Antonio, I'm coming back next week so you can help me pick out the right dash install kit next!

After running a diag, he helped me select the right battery for my car and even helped me install it in the parking lot, turns out the terminal on my old battery had such bad corrosion that it was literally flaking apart while taking it off, so he helped me select a new terminal and installed it along with the new battery. He had a great attitude through the entire process and didn't mind me hovering over him to learn how to install the battery myself next time. Thank you Darien and thanks to the other gentleman for holding down the ship while he helped me in the parking lot.
