  Cars are cars and each company provides you with cars that will get you were you want to go. Alamo stands out because of their staff. I picked up my car a Minneapolis Airport and met three staff people. They were all friendly, efficient and kind. In a world where customer service is going down the tubes, Alamo stands above the rest. I will continue to rent from Alamo!

  They brought the car right to me. I didn’t have to walk down Rose and try to figure out what car it was and he explained everything to me about the car. I didn’t have to go looking for everything you showed me everything and if I had any questions he was willing to tell me what with the answers were. I would definitely rent another car from these people. Nice customer service.

  Key fob left in car was rubber banded together. Not sure if it would have come apart or not so left it, which created problem with back door opening unintentionally a few times. At return-Cassidy went above and beyond in customer service

Big Ups to Rachel at check out counter on Friday February 13th 2026 and De'von Anderson on Sunday February 15th 2026 when dropping the automobile! We could not have been treated any better!   I rented a minivan from Alamo for my family trip in mid-February from Minneapolis Airport and the whole experience, starting with picking up the car to returning it back was great. I interacted with Nate and Cassidy and found them very cooperative, attentive and willing to accommodate you as a customer. Would love to rent from Alamo/Enterprise again.
