I need to say, the Alamo/Enterprise folks at MSP are the most professional, kind people I've encountered in the car-rental realm.

It was always call back in two days, etc. so when we landed I just went to the local counter and the representative made it all right with a choice of 5 cars and there was no up charge since I was within the “days” time/ charge.

Two separate employees ran stop signs in the lot without even looking for on-coming cars that had the right of way. Both would have hit us if I hadn’t hit the brakes hard. Not a good start to our Christmas trip. Fortunately, return was handled smoothly and left us feeling better about our experience with Alamo at MSP.

She was professional and efficient and just delightful! I felt like I had made a new friend when I left to get the car! Alamo has a great presence at this airport and I will definitely use Alamo again while traveling to Minneapolis!

I was on my way to the airport to catch my rebooked flight (after a late night cancellation the day before) and my rental car wouldn’t start. PANIC. Found the paperwork and a roadside assistance number to call and they were awesome! When they learned I had a flight to catch, they said I could just leave the car at the hotel, they would have it towed back to Alamo, and they sent me an Uber. I just needed to return the keys to the airport Alamo counter and they’d handle the rest. It was the fastest, easiest process possible! And, every single person during all parts of the process was so friendly! Alamo will get all of my business now. Thank you for great service!
