    Brought my battery in for warranty, even with the date code because the store couldn’t find my receipt they refused to help. I asked them to call the store I purchased it from to confirm. They said I’m welcome to, but they aren’t going to do anything extra. Rude staff and I will be speaking to the district manager. As a former advance employee, that is not how to conduct a transaction; Regardless of my status as a former employee or a walk-in. Had I been a walk-in they would’ve attempted to sell me a new battery for sure. These employees need serious retraining on customer service skills. Especially the crew working the morning of Saturday December 20th
