  Made the first time car buying experience for my daughter a great experience. Salesman Ben was actually speaking to her about the car (likes/dislikes) on the test drive instead of directing all the questions to me the parent.

  We’re pretty meticulous. Whitney was patient with us and supportive. We didn’t feel overly pressured to commit to anything that we were unsure of, and she was very responsive when we communicated. We ended up purchasing two vehicles because of the great service.

  Visited the dealership today to look at a midsize SUV, and the experience was very mixed. First, credit where it’s due: the front desk staff member was excellent,friendly, patient, and professional. She definitely deserves recognition. However, there was a serious issue. While browsing, we entered an area that we reasonably believed was open to customers, as there were no signs or warnings indicating otherwise. A bald customer then approached us and spoke in a very rude and confrontational manner, which made the situation extremely uncomfortable. Even though this person was not an employee, this incident highlights a clear lack of proper signage and floor management. If certain areas are restricted, that should be clearly communicated. Customers should not be put in a position where they are unknowingly in the wrong and then treated poorly because of it. We came in with genuine interest in your vehicles, but this experience significantly affected our impression. I hope the dealership improves its layout communication and maintains the level of service shown by the front desk staff.

  I had a great experience working with Phil at Buerkle Hyundai. I had a specific car in mind and he was SO willing to work with us to make it work. From start to finish, I had a great experience buying a car here, and would definitely recommend to others.

  Our service on our Palisade was handled incredibly well. We had to deal with some unfortunate recall issues, but I was impressed with the level of customer service we received. Every staff member we encountered on the phone and in person made the process go smoothly. I was most impressed with Chris as he is truly a people person and went out of his way to ensure our satisfaction. I typically go to the Inver Grove Heights location, but was so impressed with the level of service, I will now drive out of my way to go here in the future.
