  This store is a joke I just called this store I need a price on spark plugs and coil packs the guy on the phone says can I put you on hold for 2 to 3 minutes and I says I need some prices on something right away when he asked me if I can be on hold for 2 to 3 minutes I said I'll just call O'Reilly's and I did call O'Reilly's and got what I needed you don't make people wait on hold this store on century avenue have the worst customer service ever they never have employees there there's either one or two working when they're should be three to four people working this AutoZone never has anybody in the store this is not good will not shop at the store anymore

  Just bought some screws for my license plate and the 2 gentlemen were very friendly and helpful. Devante (probably not correctly spelled) was very kind and switched my plates out and put the new ones on in the cold. Thank you so much.

  Stopped in for something small with my truck and Davante went above and beyond to help me. He came out to my vehicle to help diagnose my problems and even issued a return/refund on the parts that I purchased, but ended up not needing. Extremely polite and respectful, this guy deserves a raise!
