I got on my phone outside and made a reservation for 30 munites later. The service was fine, you lose 2 stars for lying and rejecting walk ins when you obviously could have taken one. I sat outside for 5 minutes at 12:30, made a reservation for 1pm, walked back in and got the car I chose online. I couldn't do that at the desk for some reason and thats weird. Everything else was fine.
