    A big thank you to and shout out for John, I highly recommend him and Eliot Park Auto Service. It’s wonderful to know mechanics with integrity who want to help folks keep their older cars running well for less! John repaired my 2009 Toyota – by the time I arrived, the brakes were difficult to engage. I called late on a Friday afternoon and John graciously made time to take a look. He quickly diagnosed the issue (calliper, right rear brake) and advised that he could replace the back callipers. My dealership would have charged just to look as well as for a full rear brake job. In addition, I had been wondering if I should keep putting money into the car for repairs and John gave me helpful (positive) feedback on the car’s condition at a key decision-making point. He provided a loaner through the weekend and my car was ready and waiting early Monday morning. I can’t say enough how much I appreciated John’s expertise and his helpfulness at every step.

    After a high estimate for a big repair at a local chain auto repair shop, I called Eliot Park and had a good discussion with Jim. Brought my car here for the repairs and have been very pleased. The repair was done on a timely manner, Jim provided good information and my car drives so much better.. I wil definitely be back.

    The people at Elliott definitely treat you right. Prices are reasonable and they actually FIX your car. While other places overcharge you and still don't do their due diligence. Definitely a nice spot to go.

    I was very impressed with the service I got at Eliot Park. My AC broke down on me in the middle of summer and they had it back up and running the same day I brought it in. The staff was really friendly and walked me through what all was wrong, what was needed, and what options I had.
