I asked if they could install it for me one of the men asked the other if they had the staff for that today as if I was an inconvenience to which it was responded “oh yeah we do” followed by “we won’t be able to though because it says here it’ll take 45 minutes to replace your battery and we don’t do the complicated ones, maybe try battery plus off excelsior.” So I did just that. And let me say I purchased my battery (cheaper than it would have been at this store by the way) and had my old one out and new one put in by an amazing man by the name of Steve. I was out of batteries plus in less than 25 minutes! As a woman who already feels uncomfortable going into auto parts stores that was just turned away for what was clearly a lie that was very frustrating and upsetting. I will not be back.

Employee says I need to bring the battery in for testing, but I’m here so I say take it out now. He says he can’t, they aren’t allowed to remove a battery, except they removed the old one when they installed it so? Then he says he can’t do it now because he’s the only employee. So basically, they find every possible excuse not to honor a warranty. Stay away

Come to find they didn’t fit and wouldn’t take them back because they had been opened. Terrible store policy.

I was very appreciative of the service I received on Monday when I visited! I was almost certain I needed a new car battery, and I he listened to me and checked to make sure they had the right battery in stock. He helped check my Subaru's battery, alternator, and starter and determined it was indeed my car's battery. He changed it while I got to relax in my car (I always appreciate a little quiet time because I am a teacher...ha). Before I left, I said thank you and he responded "Happy to help!" Great experience.
