  You fixed the problem that was really crappy on the drivers side that you couldn’t see out the window or mirror very good. Now fixed and love it!

  Not only was it overpriced, it didn't even wash my vehicle.The free vacuums is it's the nice thing they have!

  SARTELL LOCATION PAY ATTENTION & CHECK YOUR VEHICLE AFTER EVERY WASH!!! OILY FILM ON DRIVERS SIDE WINDOWS AND DRIVERS DOOR REAR VIEW MIRROR REPEATEDLY SINCE JANUARY 2026!!!!!! I own a Chevrolet Silverado Crew Cab and EVERY WASH since this past January this has happened! I have repeatedly spoke with management and other staff to please fix this issue. I have documented with pictures almost every incident for the past 2+ months. (A few times I was just fed up and didn't take a picture.) This also happened in 2024 and a few instances in 2025, but was pleased with how quickly they repaired what was causing the it.(pictures of those instances as well) I have pictures of management looking at this issue before washing (purposely cleaned my windows before hand to show them) and after. Every single incident they agreed with me that something in their wash is leaving that on my vehicle. Today as I stopped before and after my wash (again!) and was told "Yep, there's something on there, but there's nothing we can do about it". SERIOUSLY, I exclaimed! This is a C A R W A S H !!!!!! So again, I asked him to have management call me about this issue, as I gave the attendant (who seemed to careless about my issue) my name and number again...... I have given them a chance to make this right, like maybe offer a refund for a month or two, or something for the inconveniences of WASTING MY MONEY AND TIME! Two Unlimited memberships for the past two and a half months = $178.15 to have an oily residue wash! Those two unlimited memberships will very soon be canceled unless there's a solution to this problem!
