- EJEmily Johnson1 day ago1.0Whoever that young lady is that's working. I came in to get your coffee cuz it's very good. Coffee was supposed to been changed at 5:35. It is 6:23 so I asked her is she going to change the coffee you know for fresh coffee cuz they were out. Yeah I'll be over there in a minute so then she comes start doing the coffee. A guy comes to the register she walks away so I just got three different flavors of whatever coffee. Then I just stood there trying to pay for it. She didn't even say have free coffee. So I just left the coffee and then my cup had a hole in it so I don't know what's going on. She needs to go back home and go to sleep

First EVER Pilot/FJ I have ever been to where the shower head didn’t have as much water coming out the back as it did the front. No water coming out other than where it’s supposed to. Clean showers. Guessing because of the remodel, but don’t know how long ago that was.

The store was clean, they had everything I needed, and the customer service was above and beyond anything I could have expected at a Pilot. Marquell has excellent customer service skills and it looked like he was in there by himself, so he was truly holding down the fort. Thank you so much Marquell, keep up the great work.
