The equipment caused an extreme draw on the battery. It always needed to be on a battery maintainer. The cost to us for additional maintenance; 2 batteries and a starter. No one from their leadership has ever reached out, and whenever you call in you'll be met with one lie after another because they don't even train their own staff. So they just make up answers as they go, and as soon as you talk to another person they'll complete contradict the last person you talked to. A complete circus that would be out of business if they weren't court ordered.
