- SNSarah NittiFeb 25, 20261.0Customer service was horrible, Brad was very rude I had spoke with James at this location asked to speak with him again in a matter of payment and I was told he was busy I said I could wait Brad insisted to help I stated what Other employee James said for payment and he refused to help. The communication between team members and offices is awful the Saint Cloud office Slanders the employees in the Alexandria office which I do not feel is right when they are one company. The customer service 2 years ago used to be much better Im not sure what happened. They have absolutely no empathy at all for helping someone after a car accident when there are issues with the insurance company. I generally will not leave a review but this was the worst customer service I have ever had.
