From my initial call to the completion of installation, I received the absolute best service that I've had in a long time. The gentleman who installed the battery went above and beyond, encountering glitches with the old assembly that he quickly assessed and fixed. THANK YOU!!! 2 Thumbs Up, 5 stars, and a whole bunch of appreciate.

She talked down to me on the phone because I didn’t read the packaging on wiper blades and was told wiper blades always have come with one not two in a pack. The person helping me and checked me out didn’t say anything about me purchasing ONE wiper blade. Supervisor lady then told me that it’s on the customer to know what they need, not the employees. She blamed it on “new employees”. I asked for a customer service number since she had an attitude and she hung up on me. She’s horrible.
