- MTM TaylorDec 19, 20251.0So, I arrived here yesterday morning to get an oil change and my rear right blinker fixed. The guy who started to work on my car was polite and professional. He said my right brake light was out too, and they could fix lights for an additional $15. Fine, no problem. He then started trying to upsell me on services I did not come there for, which I declined, mainly because I didn't have time and needed to get to work. The oil change was quick. They checked the filters and said they were starting to get dirty and should be replaced, tried to upsell me into buying new filters. I said no thank you. Again, I didn't have time. They handed me my invoice, with everything checked off as okay, included the brake light repair, and the mechanic also stated they refilled my window wiper fluid. Great. Today, however, is not so great. The rear blinker is still out. They didn't fix it. My window wiper fluid is completely empty. It wasn't empty before I arrived at Valvoline. The heat in my car has suddenly stopped working, only putting out lukewarm air at full blast even after 45 minutes. Mind you, my heater worked so good before this I would have to quickly put it on low because it would get too hot in my car. Did they mess up my car on purpose just because I wouldn't buy the extra services they were trying to sell me? I would give zero stars if I could. Right before Christmas, too. That mechanic is a crappy human.

They claimed they tested it and said it was fine. A few months later, I had to get it replaced somewhere else. I just wish you would have been more honest with me.
