The quality of the Valvoline brand assures me that the fluids and parts used meets or exceeds the manufacturers recommendations while the technicians and supervisors instill the confidence that the service was completed properly. If there are issues that need my attention, I am informed to the best of their knowledge and given the choice whether to proceed or not with the recommendation.

Manager Jeff, Gerek and Tyler are top notch in knowledge, follow through and customer facing endeavors. If you need service in The Roseville or Como neighborhoods, this is where you want to be. Never an unnecessary service or charge. They recommend but arent pushy about things like other places. It lends itself to customer trust and loyalty. I send all my friends and neighbors here because its not just the excellent Valvoline products and services. It's also the PEOPLE who provide it. If I could give them 10 stars, I would without question.

- MPM PJan 27, 20262.0I purchased a battery from this store just under a year ago (with a 3-year warranty) It failed repeatedly this winter as the weather turned cold. This last time the car would not crank even with jump assistance. I was forced to buy a new battery from an auto parts store, and once the fresh one was installed it started immediately. Seems like textbook battery failure. When I contacted the store, I was told the warranty was void because I had removed the dead battery myself to get the car running. They could not explain how a non-starting vehicle is supposed to be brought in without doing exactly that. I guess I was supposed to pay for a tow to maintain the warranty on my battery? The battery failing was inconvenient. Being dismissed and denied warranty coverage on an obvious defect due to a technicality was worse and seriously damaged my trust in Valvoline.
