I arrived there first thing in the morning after having discovered that the appointment I thought was for that day was actually for a week in the future, and there were no appointments in between. Because I had a trip planned on the weekend I was in a bit of a state. They did absolutely everything they could to help and ultimately I left by 11am with a new window. Eric was especially wonderful and understanding and went above and beyond, and all the other employees were friendly and helpful too. I am so impressed and grateful for their help.
