  My car was leaking oil and they helped me out big time. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem for me, and in general were very reasonable in their dealings with me. Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, so I am grateful to them for helping to make the best out of a bad situation.

  My car battery needed a jump in a neighboring parking lot to this Jiffy Lube and I went in to ask if they had jumper cables I could purchaser or use - they sent two employees Christian and Brendan over to my car with a vehicle and they jumped it for me and were incredible kind and beyond helpful. This team has wonderful people and they truly made my day and a stressful situation feel easy - a big thank you to Christian and Brendan!!

  BEWARE ! BEWARE ! There appears to be some possible FRAUD or some type of SCAM going on at this location me and my 26 years served ARMY SNIPER VETERAN HUSBAND HAS been a customer for 10 years my husband passed away to Covid in 2021 two weeks after being diagnosed and I now take the vehicles in for service but on this visit I noticed NO FAMILIAR FACES the (first RED FLAG ) January 21,2026 9:30 A.M. ROSEVILLE MN LOCATION there’s a taller dark complexion BLACK guy stocky build wearing skull cap name DEONTE’ or something similar well he comes to my car * THIS IS NOT ABOUT RACE I’M USING DESCRIPTION SO YOU’LL KNOW WHO TO LOOK OUT FOR * the guy comes to my car before I could pull in he says “ he’s the GENERAL MANAGER “ he then tells me 🚩 JIFFY LUBE no longer allows us to pull our vehicles inside he tells me he’ll pull the vehicle inside and someone will show me the lobby at this time another BLACK MALE skinny tall with twist in his hair escorts me to the lobby and 10 minutes later the same guy GENERAL MANAGER IMPOSTER comes in and says (2nd RED FLAG ) 🚩 THE systems down and he was on the phone with corporate and corporate said he could take CASH or I could LEAVE him MY CARD but I wouldn’t have a receipt they would have to input everything later ( at this point I’m highly suspicious ) then another younger looking light complexion tall skinny black guy enters with a smile he looks at the other guy they both exit the lobby and goes back into the area where my vehicle is but before leaving the room the so called GENERAL MANAGER says he’s going to call corporate back . I stood up to look into that area I noticed 3 black guys and a WHITE guy ( 3 rd red flag ) 🚩 I noticed he IMPOSTER GENERAL MANAGER wasn’t on the phone with corporate he was over talking to the skinny WHITE GUY a lot of smiling and laughter my hood on my vehicle was raised another guy was standing over my vehicle yelling down at someone underneath my vehicle then the SKINNY WHITE guy comes in and says it may take a little longer for your vehicle we see you in the system you usually get synthetic blend but the guy you were talking to will tell you more * 🚩HE DIDNT REFER TO HIM AS THE GENERAL MANAGER *AND REMEMBER THE SYSTEMS SUPPOSE TO BE DOWN YET HE TOLD ME WHAT OIL MY VEHICLE USED * 🚩 I then began to think oh these dudes are possibly REMOVING PARTS OFF VEHICLES for resale or they’re over CHARGING AND NOT DOING ANY SERVICE * the guy the IMPOSTER GENERAL MANAGER enters and says I could LEAVE MY VEHICLE AND PICK IT UP LATER ! I looked at him and said dude out 10 years I’ve NEVER LEFT MY VEHICLE FOR AN OIL CHAnge In fact I’m leaving I need my vehicle * THERE IS DEFINITELY SOMETHING GOING ON THERE AT THAT LOCATION BEWARE *
