U just got my truck back and the team there just dumped everything out of my glovebox to try and upsell me on an air filter and then left it all over the floor of my cab. I felt I was being upsold on multiple items in rapid fire, feeling perhaps this location had a quota on upsells or sales goals they were not performing up to that day. I also saw it with other customers waiting. Among the upsells was the technician saying I needed a new battery on a battery that was just put in 6 months ago. I refused this upsell but "fell" for a few others before that. I took my car to my mechanic and had them test the battery with what appeared to be the same tester Jiffy Lube used and they confirmed the battery was absolutely fine. I only went into Jiffy Lube for a quick oil change that should have cost around $65 and paid for $293 in services that were not really done all that quick. Jiffy Lube got me for $293 once, but I will never patronize them again and encourage anyone I talk to about car repairs not to as well. I likely would have continued to get oil changes there had I not been over overly upsold. I hope my contribution helped them make their sales goals, but I also hope they recognize that this one time boost lost them a lifetime of sales from me.

They did and I later discovered when they filled my tires with air they left off two of the air pressure caps…. Not returning.

I was on my way to work when got a flat tire message from my car, I was so scared that I was going to break down on the side of the road, so I drove to this jiffy lube. I was almost in tears when I got there, but everybody there was so helpful get me in and out of there in no time and I made it to work safely. I’m very appreciative to you all.
