  I had a great experience renting a truck from Christopher! He’s very helpful and attentive, made the whole experience very easy. Would highly recommend this enterprise, especially if you get the opportunity to work with Christopher! Will definitely be returning here for any future rental needs! Thanks Christopher!

  Keegan was very nice and professional with communications when he dropped off the car for me. Aside from that, I had a disappointing rental experience. The first car I was given which was a Chevy had a windshield wiper that didn’t work and was literally taped together. When I went in to replace the rental, instead of being offered a replacement vehicle, I was told to take it to their partner’s repair shop at Discount Tires on a Friday evening and I had places to be, that was not ideal! In my opinion, that should never be the customer’s responsibility. The replacement vehicle, a Toyota RAV4, also had problems. One of the windows was leaking, and during a weekend with temperatures around -12 degrees, the defrost wouldn’t work unless I cracked the window open while running the heater and driving at the same time in negative temperature all weekend. I had to leave the window slightly open overnight just to prevent frost from building up inside the car as I park outside. Overall, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I expected better vehicle maintenance and quality control, especially in extreme weather conditions.

  Keagan is the best every time we come here he used to guide very well last time when we come there I asked this name because of his service I thought to rate just for him ….. When ever we plan for a vacation we stop by this location only because their service and had a good service vehicles 🚗

  They went the extra mile to get me a vehicle at the last moment so I could make a trip home for the holidays. Everything was so fast and easy. Night key drop was helpful.

  I returned a car this summer. I had a time stamped photo of a window crack their inspector didn’t catch after driving off the lot. I returned at a later date and they were helpful and said they will document it and things will be fine. Upon car returning, the next day they called and said they found hail damage. I was surprised as it didn’t hail at all where I live and I am just a few blocks from the fleet office. And I didn’t drive in hail nor did we receive any in my location. Later went in circles after getting invoice for damages. A month later they cancelled their claim after review. However, 2 months later they send me a different claim and claim# for hail. If their post user inspections are thorough, how did they miss the window. I’d like to know if their previous user was billed for that……. I’m a bit suspicious and I’m skeptical of their service.
