- SLSee LeeDec 29, 20251.0Keegan was very nice and professional with communications when he dropped off the car for me. Aside from that, I had a disappointing rental experience. The first car I was given which was a Chevy had a windshield wiper that didn’t work and was literally taped together. When I went in to replace the rental, instead of being offered a replacement vehicle, I was told to take it to their partner’s repair shop at Discount Tires on a Friday evening and I had places to be, that was not ideal! In my opinion, that should never be the customer’s responsibility. The replacement vehicle, a Toyota RAV4, also had problems. One of the windows was leaking, and during a weekend with temperatures around -12 degrees, the defrost wouldn’t work unless I cracked the window open while running the heater and driving at the same time in negative temperature all weekend. I had to leave the window slightly open overnight just to prevent frost from building up inside the car as I park outside. Overall, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I expected better vehicle maintenance and quality control, especially in extreme weather conditions.
