    Mr Frederick has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! I always do my own investigative work before I ask questions and he was spot on. He helped me read and understand the code on my car. He shook my hand when we were done.He is an amazing human being.     I spoke with Carla on the phone inquiring about a battery for my 2009 Lexus GS350. They told me they “coudn’t install the battery” because it needed a device that she coudn’t name to stop my odometer from resetting. Went to O’reilly across the street and they gave me great customer service and even installed the battery for me.

    Won’t install wipers or batteries “short staffed” and “too cold”. Went to O’Reilly up the street and they had no issues. Do better.

    Davien!!!! Came out to look at my headlight to help me me. I needed to replace the bulb. Two other places were going to "work me in" to change the bulb. This young man looked at it and showed me I only had the wrong setting on! Did NOT need a new bulb and saved me the cost of the bulb and $50 labor!! How utterly kind and HONEST OF HIM!! This is TRUE customer service and my new auto supply store!!!!
