The straw that broke the camles back was when I went in today not a single employee was wearing a mask. Save yourself the greif and go literally anywhere else.

Her battery was tested (tested good, needed to be charged) and she was offered 3 options for a battery to purchase but the store was unable to install it due to corporate restrictions based on the type of vehicle they had. The reviewer was trying to bully the store personnel into installing the battery, threatening their jobs, and his behavior caused his girlfriend to have a panic attack. The store personnel handled this incident very well, offering to help in several ways they could, but the reviewer wouldn't listen because he couldn't get exactly what he wanted.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
