  I recently visited this car wash yesterday during extremely cold and difficult weather conditions, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of service. Despite the harsh conditions and how busy it was, the employees still pushed through and delivered an amazing experience. I especially want to recognize one of the employees Tyreese, who was out in the entrance lanes handling the flow of cars. Even in the cold, he remained positive, smiling, and waving to customers. He did an excellent job keeping the line moving despite the challenges, and his attitude truly stood out and made the experience better. Once I went through the wash, I was greeted by two additional employees who were also friendly and welcoming. Overall, the team did a great job under tough circumstances. One area I believe this location could improve on is staffing at the entrance during peak times. When it’s very busy, having more employees in the lanes would likely help things move even smoother, as Tyreese appeared to be handling most of it on his own. That said, the customer service—especially from Tyreese—was outstanding, and I truly appreciate the effort shown in such cold conditions. I will definitely be back.

  The car wash is good and the people are friendly, i had an issue arise recently but they took care of it here very quickly, will continue to use their services for quite a while

  I feel like the Rogers location is really going downhill. The dryers don’t work as well. I washed my truck and it didn’t even get the slush off of my running boards. I don’t know if it needs to be maintenanced or if they need some upgrades, but I’ve been to a few other locations and they seem to be much better… The air nozzles work only half the time at half the pressure and the vacuums are out of service half the time… I pay a monthly fee and most people do which is guaranteed money all the time so there really isn’t an excuse.

  $26 wash, only spray one side my pickup off for about 3 second as I entered wash. My rims had some mud in them that didn't get sprayed or cleaned off from the wash. 1st time using and not impressed at all. If my vehicle wasn't properly rinsed before the I got to the brushes how many before me were not and how much dirt is being ground into the paint of my 5 month old truck. End spots in vacuum area don't have a vacuum on one side so can only vacuum half your vehicle in those 4 spots. Well after I got home I now see i have scratches all over my truck. Hood, doors, fenders, box sides. I've used touch washes since I bought new and no damage until now. But the other washes actually rinsed off the vehicles that come into the wash not just a quick blast then onto the next causing dirt to build up on the brushes and basically slapping cars with sandpaper as they spin around. I'd give less start if possible. Now to find someone to buff my whole truck to get these scratches out.
